Is signing up free?

Yes. You create your profile for free, and you pay nothing to see requests or send offers. Plaany only takes a commission on services paid through the platform (see pricing).

Which providers can sign up?

Photographers, videographers, DJs, caterers, venues, florists, decorators, entertainers, sound and lighting… You can offer several services from the same profile.

How do I get requests?

Events posted near you appear in your space, as a list or on a map. With Pro, save a search: you get an email as soon as a new event matches.

When do I get paid?

You choose your deposit: none, 20 or 30%. It’s paid as soon as the organiser accepts your offer. The balance is held by Stripe and paid to you two days after the event, unless a problem is reported.

Where is Plaany available?

In Belgium. Access is opening gradually: leave your email and you’ll get access as soon as it’s your turn.
